Denise Shelton

Denise Shelton is Hickory's Local Preferred Lender for residential mortgages. She has lived in Western North Carolina her entire life and loves this area and the people here! During her career in Supply Chain Management, she traveled all over the world and worked with people from many cultures. She loved meeting people, sourcing products, and negotiating deals.  But when her grandchildren came along, she knew it was time for a change and she needed a job that kept her closer to home and available to spend time with her family. 

Denise decided the mortgage business was perfect for her.  The skills she learned in pricing and negotiating deals for the biggest retailers in the world and communicating and working with people of all nationalities helped her easily make the transition.  She found the perfect fit at Primis Mortgage.  She loves helping people find the best deal to get them into their dream homes. 

It’s not just a transaction for her.  Denise will work with the Buyer and Realtors in a team effort to make the best deal for her client.  It’s extremely important to work with a knowledgeable lender who can take the time to know your specific needs and concerns.  Denise is available whenever you need her - and that includes nights & weekends!
